What is operational today is the foundation. Very few locations in India combine a commissioned private railway siding, a licensed ICD, and a co-located industrial park on a single contiguous campus. This infrastructure combination exists at major port cities β Mundra, JNPT's hinterland, Chennai. None exist in Telangana's hinterland. MPL Logistics Hub at Chityal will be the first.

An ICD is a dry port.
